Amideast Education Abroad’s Virtual Learning and Cultural Exchange Program

 Application Instructions for Amideast EdAbroad Alum

Welcome back to Amideast! We are excited to have you back with us. If you are not a 2020 graduate and are no longer affiliated with a university you may follow these directions to submit an application to our Virtual Learning and Cultural Exchange Program.

Follow these directions in order to apply:

1. Go to our Online Application Portal and click the "Apply Now" button on the left menu of the program brochure. Please note, this button will only appear if the program is currently accepting applications.

2. If you still know the information to access your previous account, log in and make sure your information is up to date. If you no longer have access to that email, you will need to make a new account. If you forget your password you may reset it. Then, ask recommenders to submit their forms and have an official transcript sent to Amideast by the application deadline.

3. Please be sure to click the "Submit" button on all of the required application portions. Your online application is not considered complete until we receive all required submissions.

Note: You do not have to finish the whole application in one sitting. You can save your answers, log-out, and return at a later date.

Materials needed:

  • Online Application

  • Two Letters of Recommendation - These can be from former teachers, employers, or coworkers.

  • Official Transcript(s) - Please let us know if you are having trouble obtaining an official transcript at this time

  • Proof of Participation on an Amideast EdAbroad Program - If it’s not listed on your transcript, send us another proof of participation or ask us to verify your full name.
