Amideast Education Abroad’s Virtual Learning and Cultural Exchange Program

Application Instructions for Current Students

If you are currently enrolled part- or full-time at a college or university follow the directions below to submit your application for the Virtual Learning and Cultural Exchange Program:

1. Go to our Online Application Portal and click the "Apply Now" button on the left menu of the program brochure. Please note, this button will only appear if the program is currently accepting applications.

2. Create an application account and complete the required questionnaires, ask recommenders and advisors to submit their forms, and have an official transcript sent to Amideast by the application deadline.

3. Please be sure to click the "Submit" button on all of the required application portions. Your online application is not considered complete until we receive all required submissions.

Note: You do not have to finish the whole application in one sitting. You can save your answers, log-out, and return at a later date.

• Study Abroad Advisor Form

• Two Letters of Recommendation

• Official Transcript(s)
