Amideast Education Abroad’s Virtual Learning and Cultural Exchange Program

 Application Instructions for ECA Program Alum

Did you participate on NSLI-Y, YES Abroad, CBYX, CLS, Fulbright, Gilman, or another ECA Program? You’re exactly the type of person we’d love to have apply for our Virtual Learning and Cultural Exchange Program! If you are not a 2020 graduate and are no longer affiliated with a university you may follow these directions to submit an application.

Follow these directions in order to apply:

1. Go to our Online Application Portal and click the "Apply Now" button on the left menu of the program brochure. Please note, this button will only appear if the program is currently accepting applications.

2. Create an online account, answer all applicable questionnaires, ask recommenders to submit their forms and have an official transcript sent to Amideast by the application deadline.

3. Please be sure to click the "Submit" button on all of the required application portions. Your online application is not considered complete until we receive all required submissions.

Note: You do not have to finish the whole application in one sitting. You can save your answers, log-out, and return at a later date.

Materials needed:

• Online Application

• Two Letters of Recommendation - These can be from former teachers, employers, or coworkers.

• Official Transcript(s)

• Proof of Participation on an ECA Program - If your ECA Program does not appear on your transcript, please send us another proof of participation.

In addition to the online application, please submit some proof of your completion of your program. We will accept a transcript, certificate of completion, or other form of proof from your program.
