Apr 15 Apr 15 "Weekend Hike at Wadi Araba" by Cullen Allard Education Abroad Jordan View fullsize I joined a hiking group that goes to different locations outside of Amman every week. Trips usually last all day. Photo credit: Allard, 2020 View fullsize This weekend we went to Wadi Araba, which is a large stretch of land close to the Palestinian border. To cook zarb you need a hole in the ground, so I volunteered to help dig! Photo credit: Allard, 2020 View fullsize We played tug-o-war. If you have the opportunity to study abroad here, I recommend asking your Arabic teachers about this hiking group. The trip was amazing and I will definitely be going on another trip soon!
